Led by their new President, and CEO, Eric Somner, this company is poised to gain real market share with their top quality products and over the top customer service. This series of seminars is just one of the reasons why.
The two day event was filled with classes that also included a presentation on disease state marketing by Mr. Robert Tysoe, of Washington State, and how to reach local internists with information about the risks they face in patient management within their patient base, as well as the prevalence of hearing loss amongst the diabetic, and cancer survivor populations.
However, the trip also gave the opportunity to get to know other professionals and colleagues within the field, share ideas, and compare notes. Attendees were from all over the country, though the invitations were kept to two dozen to make for a more informal and intimate environment more conducive to getting to know each other and developing those long lasting ties and friendships that permeate our industry.
Special thanks to Heidi Mathis, head of Branding and Marketing at Rexton for setting up all of the transportation, accommodations and such. I learned a great deal more, even though I am a Rexton fan, and have been fitting their new Strata RICs since last June, what I learned in this trip to Phoenix will make me a better dispenser and more valuable to the patients I serve.
Thanks Rexton for a great learning experience. I look forward to the next one.
